Service Description

All bathrooms, bedrooms and appliances will be sanitized and cleaned. Dusting of light fixtures, base boards, trim work, interior windows, doors, cabinets and drawers will be done. (Furniture not included.) Refrigerator and freezer cleaned and emptied. We can follow a move in/out checklist provided by the client to ensure that everything is done to fit your needs. **We can not guarantee a return of your security deposit.**

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable on consultations. If you want to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify within two days of appointment to avoid $35 same day cancellation fee.
